Hundreds of post-college professionals in the Twin Cities seek more than an organization to belong to, they seek a meaningful and sincere relationships with their heritage and with one another.

They’re finding these connections at YJP.

New parents want their kids to relate to Judaism with knowledge, pride and joy.

They’re waitlisting for our Jewish Beginnings preschool.

In its first month, enrollment in Jewish Beginnings doubled. For 2023-24, all 16 spots are already filled. Our waitlist is twice as long.

It’s time to build the next stage of Jewish life in the Twin Cities.

  • Sholom and Mushky are really good about meeting you where you’re at. And somehow triaging that for each individual to whatever level they feel most comfortable with. It’s just designed to make sure that no matter who you are, what your flavor of Judaism is, you feel comfortable while you're there.

  • They’ve built something really phenomenal, frankly, for young Jewish professionals within the Twin Cities, through their relationship building and through creating a sense of community and purpose. In fact, I met my wife through Chabad Uptown. Now I’m 31, recently married, gonna have kids soon. It’s a time of major growth for us personally and for the community.

  • Sholom and Mushky make it easy for someone like me to experience my Jewish heritage while being my true self and feeling totally comfortable and completely unjudged. YJP has changed my life in a profoundly deep way. I look forward to my future as a Jew with them by my side.

  • This will certainly be a genesis for growing. This will provide a place for the younger community to keep evolving in whatever shape as they continue down the road.
